The important of good value if life

Many times good values are forgotten as we get older and we spend more time making money and spending so much of out precious time on work. Many people think that work and money is all that is important but at the other end we are losing most part of it. Our value in life, our health conditions and how many out there still has what we call friends, a true friend that we can rely on and help us when in need. These are the values that are missing nowadays from most of us. These are going to be a dreadful disease when we get old when we no longer be able to move, work and make money like the way we do it now.

Yet many failed to see this. Even at this moment many of the so called leaders are fighting for their position and power instead of doing something for the economy of the country so that people can secure a job and put food on the table. They call themselves the leader but a leader without value is useless.

It is so simple to create a good value. When we wake up in the morning, we wake to a positive mood and make the best of our day . If we have extra of anything like time or ideas we can share it with friends and colleagues, remember we lose nothing here but a lot to gain as we also helping others to progress.

We should not expect anything in return and offer our help sincerely to our friends, colleagues, buddies or our comrade in arms and together as team we will achieve success.

Another Bank to go down RBS

When we all thought that the recession is about to bottoms up, there is another news that the Royal Bank of Scotland RBS is going into very bad losses and need huge capital injection to stay in business. The big question now is when the downslide is going to end and as we talk the Dow Jones is at 8 year low and we need some 8 more years to get to the level we were last year. I just took a few months for the market to wipe off all the wealth we have accumulated all these years. Now isn’t capitalism a scary thing.

Being Annoyed

Last night I was at a local clinic to get some medicine. The clinic was manned by a middle aged man and obviously he has been working there for quite sometimes judging from his age. No long after that a young man came in and walked straight to the registration counter. Suddenly there was some commotion between the 2 man. One man accusing the other that the service was very poor and the argument went on for a while.

It was just too annoying to me as there many people waiting at the clinic lobby and these people are sick and the last thing they need is is some scene of people quarreling in front of them. Without thinking of the other patients the 2 men continue to argue and blaming each other. This just show that sometimes people are so arrogant and selfish and they think that they are right. But both of them are not right to argue in front of public trying to prove that they are right.

When will people ever learned to be polite and humble. The young man obviously never show a bit of respect to the elderly man or to other patients. The elderly man should also show some respect to other patient or his customer. Annoy really annoying.

Secret of the miraculous Graviola tree

If there ever was a single example that makes it dramatically clear why the existence of Health Sciences Institute is so vital to Americans like you, it’s the incredible story behind the Graviola tree.

The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the Amazon Rainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionize what you, your doctor, and the rest of the world thinks about cancer treatment and chances of survival. The future has never looked more promising.

Research shows that with extracts from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to…

  • Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nausea, weight loss and hair loss
  • Protect your immune system and avoid deadly infections
  • Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment
  • Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life

The source of this information is just as stunning: It comes from one of America ‘s largest drug manufacturers, the fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970’s! What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing… Extracts from the tree were shown to:

  • Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer.
  • The tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamycin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug!
  • What’s more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree selectively hunts down and kills only cancer cells. It does not harm healthy cells!

The amazing anti-cancer properties of the Graviola tree have been extensively researched–so why haven’t you heard anything about it? If Graviola extract is as half as promising as it appears to be–why doesn’t every single oncologist at every major hospital insist on using it on all his or her patients?

The spine-chilling answer illustrates just how easily our health–and for many, our very lives(!)–are controlled by money and power.

Graviola–the plant that worked too well

One of America ‘s biggest billion-dollar drug makers began a search for a cancer cure and their research centered on Graviola, a legendary healing tree from the Amazon Rainforest.

Various parts of the Graviola tree–including the bark, leaves, roots, fruit and fruit-seeds–have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians in South America to treat heart disease, asthma, liver problems and arthritis. Going on very little documented scientific evidence, the company poured money and resources into testing the tree’s anti-cancerous properties–and were shocked by the results. Graviola proved itself to be a cancer-killing dynamo.

But that’s where the Graviola story nearly ended.

The company had one huge problem with the Graviola tree–it’s completely natural, and so, under federal law, not patentable. There’s no way to make serious profits from it.

It turns out the drug company invested nearly seven years trying to synthesize two of the Graviola tree’s most powerful anti-cancer ingredients. If they could isolate and produce man-made clones of what makes the Graviola so potent, they’d be able to patent it and make their money back. Alas, they hit a brick wall. The original simply could not be replicated. There was no way the company could protect its profits–or even make back the millions it poured into research.

As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola came to a screeching halt. Even worse, the company shelved the entire project and chose not to publish the findings of its research!

Luckily, however, there was one scientist from the Graviola research team whose conscience wouldn’t let him see such atrocity committed. Risking his career, he contacted a company that’s dedicated to harvesting medical plants from the Amazon Rainforest and blew the whistle.

Miracle unleashed

When researchers at the Health Sciences Institute were alerted to the news of Graviola, they began tracking the research done on the cancer-killing tree. Evidence of the astounding effectiveness of Graviola–and its shocking cover-up–came in fast and furious…

…The National Cancer Institute performed the first scientific research in 1976. The results showed that Graviola’s “leaves and stems were found effective in attacking and destroying malignant cells.” Inexplicably, the results were published in an internal report and never released to the public

…Since 1976, Graviola has proven to be an immensely potent cancer killer in 20 independent laboratory tests, yet no double-blind clinical trials–the typical benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge a treatment’s value–were ever initiated…

…A study published in the Journal of Natural Products, following a recent study conducted at Catholic University of South Korea stated that one chemical in Graviola was found to selectively kill colon cancer cells at “10,000 times the potency of (the commonly used chemotherapy drug) Adriamycin…”

…The most significant part of the Catholic University of South Korea report is that Graviola was shown to selectively target the cancer cells, leaving healthy cells untouched. Unlike chemotherapy, which indiscriminately targets all actively reproducing cells (such as stomach and hair cells), causing the often devastating side effects of nausea and hair loss in cancer patients.

…A study at Purdue University recently found that leaves from the Graviola tree killed cancer cells among six human cell lines and were especially effective against prostate, pancreatic and lung cancers…

Seven years of silence broken–it’s finally here!

A limited supply of Graviola extract, grown and harvested by indigenous people in Brazil , is finally available in America . RM5,000 for 15 years car

The government proposal to give RM5,000 incentives to people who discard their cars aged more than 15 years is timely to boost back the economy of the country. Motor vehicle is an important industry as it contribute jobs and security to may workers worldwide directly and indirectly. In the US, GM and other big makers are seeking government’s bailout package to rescue the industry and many big Japanese giant makers are reducing output as demand dropped as people postpone their car purchase due to the worrying recession.

Once the incentive is introduced will people start replacing their cars for new one. In Malaysia their could be millions of car that aged more than 15 years and easily more than half of that figure will take the incentive. If everyone decides to get a new car, that mean the demand for car will increase. At the same time other industries that are related to automobile industries will be able to improve their business performance.

People’s confidence will once again restored as job will be secured and that bring back consumer confidence in spending that will bring more life to other industries such as electronics and others.

I don’t have a 15 years old car but I welcome such move by the government which I think should have been introduced long time ago and car lifespan should be shorten to only 10 years after which it must be discarded. Not that the car is no longer safe on the road but it will also improve the quality of our lives and environment.

Of course there are other things that need consideration too, like the affordability by the low income people especially when getting a new vehicle which is not cheap as to compare to our per capita income.

Let us see how the public going to react to this proposals.

Blogging and the stone age internet speed

I have been using the internet for more than 10 years now and I remember the time when we can only access with a dial up modem with a speed of merely 14.4 Kps. It was a luxury to own an internet those days. Websites were simple, there was no java application blogs and sites used less graphics and photos. Then there was broadband came to our shore with a speed of up to 1 mbps and wow how lucky are we to have such a fast speed internet access.

Lucky? No way, we are paying for a speed of 1 mb but most of the time we get only 1/3 of what we are paying for. Why is that the case and nobody seem to really care about it. What kind of broadband we have, its more like a narrow band and sometimes no band at all.

Most countries who started internet at the same time as we do in Malaysia are already in the bandwidth of 100 mbps and that is what we call broadband. Here we want to go forward and show to the world that we can achieve as good as others but when we almost there we started to feel that we no longer need to go further and decided to take a short nap or most of the time a long nap without realizing that the world is passing through very fast and we no longer can catch up with them.

Seem so familiar right. Come on we are in bolehland, at least get the internet problem solved once and forever. People just across the sea are surfing at the speed 100 times faster than us and we are still thinking that we are ok.

Anyone watch the movie Benjamin Button recently

The movie about Benjamin Button is something that is unthinkable by many. How could an 80 years old born and become younger day by day and die when he is back to infant. Like what the movie, life is not measured by minutes but by the moment we spent in it. Benjamin Button has it all, he has the ability to go backward in life. It is a story about 2 lives going the opposite ways, Benjamin who ages backward and Daisy his lifelong love, a ballet dancer.

Benjamin live to a great experience of happiness, sadness, love, grief and death. he brought up in an old folks home after abandoned by his father right after birth on the night the world ended, he was taken care by Queenie. He worked at a tug boat and sailed around the world where he met a married woman.

The movie tells about the things in life for most people. We all born, age and some day will die. It’s about those moments that pass our lives everyday and how we make use of the precious gift we have, our time in this world. We just cannot let it pass us by, but to live it to the fullest we can and fulfill our dreams.

Not everyone will be lucky enough to get struck by lightning 7 times and to be alive, but lightning do strike. Remember life isn’t measured by minutes by by the moment we in it.

Funniest Politicians

We in Malaysian has been entertained by a series of clowns we called them politicians with their stupid acts recently. The are those who perform frog jumping, photo black mailing, endless by elections (who knows how many more we going to see till year end) and many more. Simply for what, for power and personal gain thats all, for the people no. Money wasted on so many be elections is enough to trained retrenched workers and help the hardcore poor in the country. Just how much is the battle cry of helping the people is true.

As a today there are about 200 millions people lost their job recently due to the recession and many more to come. We will not be spare either. Recession is something global and the effect is felt everywhere. Everyday when we wake up in the morning we are greeted with the feeling of fear that we can still keep our job for the day. I know this is not a good thing to think that way. But it is the reality that something is really beyond our control.

However there is something that we can take control of, that is boost up the economy. That is what the government and so called politician should be doing now. The 8 o’clock news talk about nothing but new of party hopping and scandals. Why aren’t there news on bank policies, the country plan if any for economic stimulus. Many people will not understand about recession and how they can contribute to it. Maybe there isn’t any move at all by the leaders and still living in dreams that we are safe from the crisis. Come on people wake up. There is work to be done

No holding back

Today we saw the oil price retreat again and another worry that the world economy is far from recovering. The Asian stock markets also dropped with concerns that Japan is going into a deeper recession. So far there is no sign of any early recovery at the manufacturing side as orders has dropped and many factories are forced to slow down and retrench some of the workers.

Jobless figures keep on rising even in developed nation like Japan and this will eventually spread throughout South East Asia as these region depend so much on Japanese presence for their economy.

In 18 months time we are going to see so many developments in this region. We are going to see something that we never thought they could happen but will happen. This time around the situation is going to be even worse than we could imagine. Jobless rate could easily reach 20% which is just too high. We never thought that the oil price could reach USD140 but it touched that level some few months ago.

Economic crisis will also lead to political crisis. This will not lead to any war but there will be many leadership change during this time. We saw what happened in Thailand, we can see the similar to happen else where.

Will this be enough for us to take, will there any more. Will there be a bigger shock like another big earthquake or tsunami. This maybe hard to predict, but some countries already prepared for the worst.

Footprints in the Sand

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,

“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”
